Shipping & Delivery

Please allow orders 2-3 days to leave our facility. Orders sent via USPS First Class generally take 1-3 days for delivery (on top of processing time) within the United States and 7-10 days for international orders, but we ask you to allow up to 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery.

Orders should definitely arrive before then, but on occasion, we've seen it take that long. Orders sent via USPS Priority should arrive sooner. Be aware that international orders may incur customs charges levied by your country. Lucky Skins is not responsible for any of these charges.


Privacy & Security

Lucky Skins is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Lucky Skins has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.


Returns & Replacements

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you feel as if you have received a defective product and want a replacement, email us at to inquire about a replacement. If you're not satisfied with your product and want a refund, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. We ask that you send the item(s) back to us at:

Please include a copy of your emailed receipt with your returned product. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will issue an immediate refund. Please note: Refunds do not include original shipping charges.



The Lucky Labs, LLC (The Lucky Labs) guarantees all skins to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any skins damaged by use or modification. In no case shall The Lucky Labs liability exceed the original cost of the purchased kit.

The Lucky Labs has no control over the installation of the skin and thus no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damage resulting from improper installation by the end user.

To access and change any account information, including changing your password, viewing past orders, managing addresses and much more, log in to your account by clicking the Log In button at the top right of the screen. In the left column you will find links with access to all of this information.
